COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
GENERAL SAFETY GUIDELINES
Ø Wear masks, Hands must be sanitized upon entering the building.
Ø Please do not drop off the child, if the child or anyone at home has been sick
Please do not drop off the child, if the child or anyone at home notified as exposed to COVID and asked to stay at home
Ø All staff and students will be asked to wear masks when in the building
Ø The lobby will be closed to spectators
Ø You may only enter the building 5 minutes before your class and must leave when it ends
Ø There will be no contact during class
Ø We will have seating 6 ft distance apart. Everyone expected to follow social distancing.
Ø Temperatures will be taken when any and all persons enter the building
Ø All rooms of the building will be cleaned throughout the day.
- Curb-side pickup/drop off:
Ø At drop off, parents will walk the child to the front door, ring the bell at the front door and a staff member will come out.
Ø Before leaving the child at the front door, parents must wait for them to have their temperate take, must sign off that they have not been sick and have not been given a fever reducer, and must verify that that have all required items for the day
Ø The required items are; a mask, 2 snacks, lunch, and a bottle of water for the day. No unnecessary items from home will be allowed.
Ø Encouraged to use goggles
Ø At pick up, parents will ring the front doors, and staff will bring your child out. You may call ahead to have them ready.
Ø For food and drinks:
- As always, please send your child with a healthy lunch, and 2 snacks.
- Children must bring enough to drink for the day, in an attempt to eliminate drinking fountains. Please do NOT send them with soda or sugary drinks.
- There will be no access to refrigeration or microwave for their food, and we ask that you send them with food that staff will NOT need to help assist with.
Ø For safety reasons, there will be no field trips at this time during summer camp.
Ø During class and games, we will attempt to keep a 6 feet range between children and eliminate all contact.
Ø If at any time, your child has a fever during a check, or appears to be sick, the child must be picked up IMMEDIATELY.
