Below are some frequently asked questions about our Instructor-Led Live Online Classes.
What is an ILOC?
ILOC is a live virtual classroom delivered to your children via the Internet. The class is led by a trained and talented STEM Coach. Your child will interact with their instructor and other children in the virtual class to have an engaging learning experience.
How is an ILOC different from a traditional education enrichment class?
Get the same engagement, interaction and learning with a live instructor. The only difference is that the child and the coach are not in the same room.
Is this a self-paced learning environment where my child is following along a video?
No. ILOC is an interactive environment with a live instructor and a small class of children. Your child will be able to interact with the instructor as well as their peers.
What application do I need to have my child join these online classes?
All you need are a computer with internet access, a mic and camera. Most classes do not require special applications. If there is a requirement, it will be specified in the class description.
